For now, the Listening Post is available to veterans at no cost.
This is part of a quiet, early phase that is focused on learning what truly helps, without pressure, obligation, or expectation. Some veterans have found it useful simply to have a private place to put words down, at their own pace.
If this space is helpful, you’re welcome to use it. If it isn’t, you owe nothing.
What the Listening Post Is
The Listening Post is a private space for reflection. It’s designed to help you slow down, put thoughts into words, and hear yourself more clearly — without being judged, corrected, or directed.
There is no goal to reach, no outcome to produce, and no expectation to “work on” anything. You decide what you bring here, how long you stay, and when you return.
You can write.
You can speak.
You can pause.
The pace is yours.
What the Listening Post Is Not
The Listening Post is not therapy. It does not diagnose, treat, or advise. It is not monitored. No one reads what you write. It is not a program you have to complete. There are no steps, scores, or progress tracking.
And it is not something you need to explain to anyone else.
Privacy, Clearly Stated
Privacy is foundational here. Nothing you write or say is read or reviewed by people. Nothing is shared, reported, or monitored. Nothing is used for training or analysis
Your Listening Post belongs only to you. You may stop using it at any time. There are no follow-ups required.
Why This Is Available to Veterans
This version of the Listening Post is being offered quietly, as part of an early trust-centered phase.
The intention is simple: to make a private space available and to learn, carefully and respectfully, whether it serves veterans well — without asking anything in return.
There is no requirement to provide feedback. There is no expectation to continue.
Creating Your Listening Post
Creating your Listening Post takes just a moment. You’ll be asked for:
- your first name
- an email address (to protect access)
- a password
That’s it. Once created, your Listening Post is private and available whenever you choose to return.
A Final Note
If you’re not sure whether this is for you, that’s okay. This space is here if and when you want it — and it will remain quiet whether you use it once, often, or not at all.
