There is no goal to reach, no outcome to produce, and no expectation to \u201cwork on\u201d anything. You decide what you bring here, how long you stay, and when you return.<\/p>\n

The Listening Post is not therapy. It does not diagnose, treat, or advise. It is not monitored. No one reads what you write. It is not a program you have to complete. There are no steps, scores, or progress tracking.<\/p>\n
