A quiet, respectful space where you remain in control.
At The Listening Post, privacy isn’t a feature — it’s foundational. We collect only what’s necessary to provide access to your account, and nothing more.
You deserve to know what information exists and how to make changes at any time.
What We Store (and What We Don’t)
We keep only essential account information:
- Your email address — used for secure login and account-related messages
- Your subscription status — monthly, annual, or trial
- Your language preference — if you choose one
Conversation history may be saved in your account so you can return to it, and is visible only to you. You remain in control and may delete conversations at any time.
We do not use your conversations to train future systems, and we do not sell or share them.
Update Your Account
You may update or manage your account at any time, including:
- Changing your email address
- Updating your language preference
- Managing or canceling your subscription
Update your account information here.
Close Your Account
If you choose to leave, we make that process simple and respectful.
Closing your account will:
- Remove your email and account record
- Wipe all of your chat concersations
- Clear any saved preferences
Once your account is closed, we will send you a brief email confirmation. All conversations or personal data will have been wiped from your account.
Close your account here. (Need a link here!)
